“Wanting Alex” wins BEST OF FEST award at LACF!
After being nominated for 5 awards (including Best Direction, Best Writing, Best Ensemble Cast, Audience Award, and Best of Fest), the film was rewarded by the festival organizers as the best short film at this year’s LA Comedy Festival! I’d like to thank the LACF for the honor, and especially thank the cast and crew for their support and involvement in the project. It’s fitting that we were given an award that rewarded the film as a whole, and not just one aspect of it. It was truly a team effort and I couldn’t be more proud of all those involved!
